We do not use Plywood, Veneer, or Partial Board/pressed wood as these materials will peel, chip, crack and bubble-up over time. Solid wood won’t disappoint! If you’ve ever struggled with hanging corner shelves and keeping them level, then you know how difficult, if not impossible, it can be…your worries are over with these shelves. Simple and easy! !! We include the brackets, hardware, and easy to follow instructions. It is required to affix at least 1-2 screws from the brackets into wall studs for the support of this shelf. It is heavy and will NEED support from the wall studs FOR SECURITY OF THE SHELF AND SAFETY! CENTER DIAGONAL DEPTH (from back corner to front shelf edge): 25-inches deep on the “Legs” of the shelf. **There is a 3-inch front profile that runs along the bottom of the shelves; this HIDES the underneath and gives the shelves a more polished finish. The underneath of the shelves ARE also stained and finished; however, the pocket-holes for the screws are visible. The underneath of the shelves may be visible if hanging high. **Weight Limit: Approximately 45-50 pounds; depending upon the secured attachment to wall by use of Wall Studs. A TV, small compact computer, lamp, small kitchen appliances…things such as listed will sit nicely…as long as the desk/shelf is secured by way of at least 2 wall studs (one on each side of shelf).
